What does the free scan check?+
It fetches one public website page, robots.txt, and a sitemap. It checks HTTPS, indexing directives, OAI-SearchBot rules, business structured data, your business name, main service, city, a contact route, and the page title. It does not run live AI queries, confirm actual indexing, or review your whole website.
What is included in the $297 audit?+
One business, one primary service market, and 20 agreed buyer prompts tested across ChatGPT Search, Google AI Mode, and Gemini: 60 baseline and 30 repeat observations planned. You receive dated response evidence, competitor and source analysis, five priorities, a useful draft or patch where appropriate, and a recorded walkthrough. We confirm access and scope before the work begins.
Which AI platforms do you test?+
The default scope is ChatGPT Search, Google AI Mode, and Gemini. Availability and location can affect access. We confirm the three surfaces during onboarding; we ask before substituting a surface and offer a refund if we cannot fulfill the agreed scope.
How long does the audit take?+
Five business days after complete onboarding and scope confirmation. If we need clarification, we will contact you. The free technical scan usually takes less than 30 seconds.
Do you guarantee I will be recommended by AI?+
No. AI answers vary by prompt, model, location, personalization, and time. We document the test conditions and observed responses. Neither a scan nor an audit guarantees a ranking, a recommendation, leads, or revenue.
What happens after the audit?+
You can use the roadmap yourself, give it to your agency, or ask us to implement it. Our Visibility Foundation service starts at $1,497 setup plus $697 per month for one business and market. We agree on the work in writing before you commit. The audit is a separate, one-time purchase.
Can I cancel or get a refund?+
You can request a full audit refund before research starts. If we cannot deliver the agreed scope, or miss the agreed delivery date without an extension you accept, you can request a refund for undelivered work. See the terms for the full policy.
